Istanbul Kebab House Turkish and Mediterranean Halal Cuisine

Woow I wish I found this place earlier. I have tried Turkish food all over NYC but this was the best I have ever tried. The doner was as good as in Turkey. Fresh,tasty and all the seasoning were just right. The homemade hummus was so flavorful and fresh with hot toasted homemade bread on the side. And they sent Turkish desserts rice pudding on the house which was good as well. Delivery arrived 20 min EARLIER than supposed to be. I am 200% satisfied. Now its my everyday food spot.

Me and my wife usually make a delivery order by this place .We love this place firstly with their big portions , they always have fresh meat and fresh stuff. I love their kebabs both chicken and lamb , my wife likes their soups . Im a picky enough person , and I can say these guys are making great job cuz we r coming here again and again . I definitely recommend it.

Usually i go there for dinner. They have really good and friendly service. I would try delivery today and delivery came before than what i expected. It was hot and fresh. I'm Turkish and the taste was so close to original. Also delivery guy waited me 5 minutes at lobby because of my fault but he was so kind.

This is a great restaurant that serves delicious Turkish and Mediterranean food. I 've been ordering food from Istanbul Kebab House for almost 2 months and sometimes twice or three times a week. I highly recommend a try out on their menu. Five Star*****

It was my first time ordering delivery at #1 istanbulkebabhouse the lentil soup was the best, and the lamb-chicken gyro was so tasty the delivery was faster than i expected! The next day I went in there with my co workers to dine, wow!!! It was a very pleasant and friendly place to have dinner, we had a plate of mixed appetizers, mediterranean salad and combo kebabs containing chicken shish and lamb shish kebab also we loved their adana kebabs, we loved the place for it's cleanness and excellent service. Turkish music in there reminded me of Istanbul in Turkey . I recommend them to, who likes Turkish cuisine.

This was my first time ordering from #1 Istanbul Kebab House and I can say that I will be back in a hurry. The lamb gyro sandwich was the best one that I've had in New York and I've definitely had quite a few. To finish everything off the baklava was excellent. The prices are very low for such high quality food, and it was ready even though I came before my pick-up time. 5 Stars through and through. Next time I might try the free delivery.

This Turkish 'Istambul Kebab House' restaurant on W 49 st & 9 Ave, serves some of the best turkish food in Manhattan. The taste of their adana & chicken kebab, eggplant salad, hummus and sandwiches is just amazing. Always served quickly, fresh and hot. The moderate prices, friendly staff and owners give you warm atmosphere. I do recommend this place to any kind of people.

The food is very tasty, and affordable lamb gyro and chicken gyro sandwich was the best sandwich i ever had in my life the hot sauce and white sauce was nice too they gave me free baklava i love it wow #1 for real !!!

Excellent food and good price for the amount given. The sandwiches are a better deal than the wraps - they are almost the same amount of meat. The only complaint I have (and have been seeing with other restaurants) is that the estimated delivery time of 15-30 minutes is rarely accurate - I Live 10 blocks from this place.
